  • We can help assist you with creating your bespoke tendering requirements so that you can ‘call-off’ services/supplies using the mini-competition system within our framework agreements.

Supplier performance and monitoring

  • We understand that achieving value for money is not limited to achieving the best prices for goods and services. As such we monitor supplier performance by using a complaints log, customer satisfaction surveys and through regular meeting reviews. In doing so we are able to highlight and rectify supplier performance shortfalls, provide on-going supplier satisfaction benchmarking and increase our members overall satisfaction.

Active member and supplier engagement

  • We are keen to engage with our members and suppliers to ensure that relevant frameworks are continually developed. We provide forums for members and suppliers to identify opportunities for improvements in services provided and procurement techniques used.

Transparency

  • Our framework agreements are designed to provide full transparency of supplier costs.

Cost savings

  • Our research has identified some procurement consortia, or their agents, charge as much as 3% of the contract value negotiated via their framework agreements. At CPS we only charge a membership fee of £100 per annum to use our frameworks.
